Curriculum Overview

MYP Curriculum:

As a candidate school for an International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program authorization, teaching practice is centered on IB Philosophy, Principles, and Practices. The following Standards are woven into each unit along with the IB Subject Objectives:

  • OSPI Social Studies Standards
  • Next Generation Science Standards
  • Archdiocesan Religion Standards
  • Second Step Social and Emotional Learning Standards

 

Our units of study are guided by inquiry, action, and reflection.

Teaching in IB programmes is:
