5A Essential Agreements 2023-2024
As the Scholz 5A class of 2027, we agree that:
- We will respect the person speaking by paying attention, listening with an open mind, and taking turns to speak with appropriate signals.
- We will respect the classroom space by keeping our desk and area clean, safe, and at a noise level that is appropriate for the activity.
- We will respect the physical, emotional, and spiritual boundaries of others.
- We will respect the time of others by making reasonable requests and following through on our own commitments.
- We will respect our community by being balanced in the way we approach our activities, others, and ourselves: this means staying positive and including those who are outside our friend group.
