Here’s a quick update for those of you who have children applying to Catholic high schools. This link will take you to a PDF one pager of all the area high school admission information, including contact information, open houses, and fees:

Parents and/or guardians are responsible for all pieces of the application process except for the two forms marked Confidential SchoolReport/ Transcript Request and Confidential Teacher Evaluation Form. Be sure to fill in the front page of both and sign in the appropriate spaces. Please fill in the top of the two inside pages and the last page of the Teacher Confidential Form with your child’s name and school. Send both forms to school along with a large stamped envelope (9×12) for each school that you are applying to. Please put the St. Luke address as the return address and affix 3 stamps. The application is a common form used by all the high schools so you only need to fill out one of the Transcript forms and one of the Confidential Teacher forms. Be sure to check the box of the school(s) your child is applying to. These two forms must be given to us no later than November 15th so that we have time to get them filled out. It would be great if you want to bring them in to us earlier!
